No, that is not necessary. When you arrive at the museum, show the QR code on the digital ticket in your smartphone to our staff.

If you have lost your ticket, you must send an e-mail to info@swissselfiemuseum.ch, stating your name, surname, e-mail address and booking date. Our team will send you a copy of the ticket by e-mail as soon as possible.

No, it is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to guarantee your entry to the Swiss Selfie Museum, especially on weekends and public holidays.

It is advisable to arrive a few minutes before the time indicated on the ticket to facilitate access for all visitors. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee access and you may have to wait for the next available time slot.

Yes, all guests older than 3 years must buy a ticket. Children under 3 years visit us free of charge.

You can bring your smartphone or another camera with you.

We accept all major credit cards and TWINT. Tickets can also be purchased on site with cash payment.

Yes, small dogs are welcome!

We have 4 parking spaces in front of the Swiss Selfie Museum. There is also a parking garage opposite the building with over 200 parking spaces.

Unfortunately, food and drinks brought along may not be consumed on site, as the exhibits and photo zones could suffer as a result.
We have a selection of cold drinks on site, which can be purchased from the staff.

If you break something accidentally or deliberately, we would have to charge you for the damaged item.
